It’s raw, unsettling, and surprisingly familiar. The book of Judges tells the story of a people stuck in a cycle of running from God, chasing after what they think will save them, and ending up more broken than before. Again and again, God raises up “saviors” to rescue them… but each one falls short. They are almost saviors—but not quite.
Through courage and compromise, strength and failure, faith and dysfunction we discover our own story. But this isn’t just a story about broken people it’s a story about a God who refuses to give on them…or on us. Because ultimately, Judges doesn’t leave us in the chaos, it points us to the One we all have been looking for all along.
